A Special Stainless Steel Tipped ozone element cleaner has been included with the unit. It can be used to remove any residue from an ozone element.
When cleaning the element, please REMOVE the battery, or unplug your unit first to prevent shock!!
Then, put the cleaning tool in the gap between the two electrode plates.
Push it in and pull it out repeatedly to clean the ozone element.
The ozone element inside the unit may eventually burn out or become too dirty to operate, at which time it will need to be replaced.
