Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an Ozone Generator from the date you receive it. 

​

The XT-14000 and XT-28000 Ozone Generators are considered commercial units and must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the unit.

​

Each returned product carries a $25 restocking fee - shipping not included.

​

Please contact us before you return any merchandise.

All returns must be in "like new" condition with the complete original packaging or additional charges may occur.

​

A note of explanation must be included with each returned item for either repairs or returns.  

Shipping to and from the manufacturer is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

​

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund minus the restocking fee.  Depending on your card issuer, you should receive your refund within 15 to 30 business days.  PayPal refunds are processed much more quickly.
